ARTICLE 12 ZONING BY-LAW TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law as follows: a. In SECTION 2, in the fourth line of the definition of REAR LINE OF A LOT, by striking the words "building inspector" and substituting in place thereof the words "building commissioner", and b. 1) In paragraph 4.5.3, by adding the words "or as duly amended from time to time thereafter" after the words "effective June 1, 1978" as they appear in two places. 2) In sub-paragraph 9.6.4a, by adding the words "or as duly amended from time to time thereafter" after the words "effective June 1, 1978"; and c. In sub-paragraph 8.3.3e, by striking the word "proces" and substituting in place thereof the word, "process," and d. In sub-paragraph 8.3.4e, by striking the word "suffieiently" and substituting in place thereof the word "sufficiently"; (Inserted at the request of the Planning Board) DESCRIPTION: These are technical corrections of the Zoning By-Law which do not affect the meaning or the effect of the zoning regulations. ARTICLE 13 RENAME SHERBURNE ROAD; WELLINGTON LANE AVENUE AND MEADOW BROOK AVENUE To see if the Town will vote to change the name of: (a) Sherburne Road, from Kendall Road a distance of 1080 feet, plus or minus, to Sherburne Road South; (b) Wellington Lane Avenue and Meadow Brook Avenue from Blossomcrest Road to Wellington Lane Avenue, to Wellington Lane; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. (Inserted by the Board of Selectmen) DESCRIPTION: Residents of No. 52 through No. 67 Sherburne Road have requested this name change to facilitate dispatch of emergency vehicles. The consolidation of Wellington Lane Avenue and Meadow Brook Avenue has been proposed by the Planning Board in conjunction with construction to town standards and acceptance of the street as a public way under Article 40.
