-4- <br /> ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for <br /> consulting services to be contracted for by the Planning Board for studies <br /> and plans for a traffic operations program to increase capacity and safety <br /> of existing streets and intersections, to improve traffic conditions and to <br /> install and modify traffic safety and control devices; determine whether <br /> the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from <br /> available funds, including any unexpended balances in current appropriations, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; and authorize the Planning Board <br /> and the Board of Selectmen, or either of them, to apply for and obtain on <br /> behalf of the Town any state or federal technical assistance, grants or <br /> reimbursements of the cost of such studies for which the Town may be <br /> eligible; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will authorize the Cemetery Commissioners <br /> or some other committee of the Town to retain professional services and <br /> prepare plans and specifications for an addition to the existing building <br /> at Westview Cemetery, to enter into a contract or contracts for the <br /> construction of said addition, and to supervise the work; appropriate money <br /> for such purposes and determine whether the money shall be provided by the <br /> current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, including the Westview <br /> Sale of Lots Fund, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any <br /> other manner in relation thereto. <br />
