-24- <br /> ARTICLE 77. To see if the Town will appropriate an additional sum <br /> of money to the Conservation Fund, established by vote under Article 9 of <br /> the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting held on June 8, 1964, and determine <br /> whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer <br /> from available funds , including any unexpended balances in current appropri- <br /> ations , or by any combination of these methods ; or act in any other manner <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 78. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation <br /> Commission to purchase or otherwise acquire in the name of the Town, and <br /> will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the written <br /> request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as <br /> provided by Section 8C of Chapter 14.0 of the General Laws , all or any part <br /> of a parcel of land believed b contain 32 acres, more or less , situated <br /> in East Lexington and bounded northwesterly by other land of the Town; <br /> northeasterly by the Lexington-Winchester town line; and southeasterly by <br /> the Lexington-Arlington town line, said parcel being the land substantially <br /> as described in two deeds recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of <br /> Deeds , Book 9596, Page 406, and Book 9)1)12, Page 113; and all or any part <br /> of a parcel of land on the southwesterly side of Winchester Drive, bounded. <br /> southwesterly by other land of the Town and believed to contain 8,000 square <br /> feet, more or less, and being the land substantially as described. in a deed <br /> recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds , Book 9962, Page 11111; <br /> and appropriate money therefor anddetermine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds , including <br /> any unexpended balance in the appropriation under Article 81 of the Warrant <br /> for the 1966 Annual Town Meeting, or by borrowing, or by any combination of <br /> these methods ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
