• -23- ARTICLE 74. To see if the Town will provide for and authorize a committee to retain professional services and prepare preliminary plans, specifications andcost estimates for the construction of a new Junior High School building on the parcel of land situated on and off Marrett Road that was acquired. for school, playground. and other public purposes under the authority of the vote adopted under Article 3 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting of June 7, 1965; appropriate money for such purposes and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended. balances in current appropriations , or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. ARTICLE 75. To see if the Town will provide for or authorize the preparation of a Town-wide beautification program for the improvement and beautification of streets, malls, parks, playgrounds and other public places , lands and buildings ownedby the Town , and places of historic interest; establish or provide for the establishment of a committee to prepare such program and to submit its recommendations to the Town Meeting not later than the 1958 Annual Town Meeting; appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; and. authorize such committee to apply on behalf of the Town for federal grants in connection with said program; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . ARTICLE 76. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by striking out in their entirety the following: subsection ( e) of Section 3, subsection ( e) of Section 4, subsection (e) of Section 5, subsection (d) of Section 8 and the designation Tl in subsection (a) of Section 7; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
