-25- <br /> ARTICLE 79 . To see if the Town will appropriate an additional sum <br /> of money to be used in conjunction with money appropriated under Article 14 <br /> of the Special Town Meeting held on June 20, 1966, for the land acquisition <br /> authorized under said Article 14, and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds , including <br /> any unexpended balances in current appropriations , or by borrowing, or by <br /> any combination of these methods ; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 80. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation <br /> Commission to purchase or otherwise acquire in the name of the Town, and <br /> will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the written <br /> request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as provided <br /> by Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws , all or any part of a parcel <br /> of land believedto contain 6.5 acres , more or less , being described in a <br /> deed from Nathan Ribock to Kingston Homes , Inc . , dated May 20, 1965 and <br /> recorded with Viddlesex South District Deeds in Book 10824, Page 208; and <br /> appropriate money therefor and. determine whether the money shall be provided <br /> by the current tax levy, by transfer fromavailable fund.s, including any <br /> unexpended. balances in current appropriations , or by borrowing, or by any <br /> combination of these methods ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br /> ARTICLE 81. May 26, 19)111 , recorded. in Middlesex South District <br /> Deeds , Book 69)1)1 , Page 539 ; and appropriate money therefor and determine <br /> whether the money shall be provided, by the current tax levy, by transfer from <br /> available funds , or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods ; or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br />
