-22- <br /> ARTICLE 72. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a <br /> sum of money for development of a parking area with a temporary <br /> surface on land abutting on Worthen Road and adjacent to the <br /> south side of the Senior High School Field House, and determine <br /> whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or <br /> by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these <br /> methods; or act in any other mann in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 73. To see if the Town will provide for a permanent <br /> building committee to be available when authorized by the Town to <br /> retain architectural services, prepare plans and specifications, <br /> obtain bids , let contracts and supervise the construction of <br /> school buildings and all other town buildings and recreational <br /> facilities and additions to the foregoing and the original equip- <br /> ping and furnishing of the same and also the making of alterations <br /> in and renovations to such buildings and facilities; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
