-21- <br /> Paul B. Lloyd and Olive E. Lloyd, husband and wife; appropriate a sum <br /> of money for such acquisition and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, by <br /> borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; and authorize the <br /> Selectmen to apply for and receive any federal or state reimbursement <br /> of any part of the acquisition cost for which this acquisition may be <br /> eligible; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 68. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of <br /> money for the installation of an instructional pool at the Center Play- <br /> ground, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy,or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of <br /> these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 69. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum <br /> of money for two sections of spectator stands at the Center Playground, <br /> and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax <br /> levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of <br /> these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 70. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum <br /> of money for a topographical survey and plan of the so-called dump area <br /> on Lincoln Street, and determine whether the money shall be provided by <br /> the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> vote to <br /> ARTICLE 71. To see if the Town will/appropriate a sum of money <br /> for 'owning and seeding the W. John Baskin playground that was acquired <br /> in 1956 for playground and recreational purposes, and determine whether <br /> the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from <br /> available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any <br /> other manner in relation thereto. <br />
