To see if the Town will vote to amend and revise the <br /> General By-Laws of the Town by substituting therefor new General By-Laws <br /> as prepared and recommended by the General By-Laws Committee acting under <br /> the provisions of the vote adopted under Article 31 of the warrant for <br /> the 1963 Annual Town Meeting, a copy of which recommended General By-Laws <br /> is on file in the office of the Town CIrk and open to public inspection; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 42. To see if the Town will vote to extend to a subsequent <br /> Town Meeting the time within which the Historic Districts Study Committee, <br /> appointed under Article 3 of the Special Town Meeting of January 28, 1963, <br /> shall report; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br />
