14. <br /> ARTICLE 11.3. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Albemarle Avenue from <br /> near Anthony Road a distance of L!65 feet, more or less, easterly as <br /> laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file in the office <br /> of the Town Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take by eminent domain, <br /> purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in <br /> land necessary therefor; and raise and appropriate money for the con- <br /> struction of said street and for land acquisition; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE /IJ . To see if the Town will vote to accept the alteration <br /> and relocation of Skyview Road as a town way as altered and relocated by <br /> the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town <br /> Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or <br /> otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary <br /> therefor; and raise and appropriate money for the construction of said <br /> street and for land acquisition; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto . <br /> ARTICLELJ5 . To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way and accept the layout of as a town way, Frost Road from East Street <br /> a distance of 575 feet, more or less, northerly, as laid out by the <br /> Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, <br /> dated January 8, 1965, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise <br /> acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; <br /> and raise and appropriate money for the construction of said street and <br /> for land acquisition; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 46. To see if the Totem will vote to establish as a town <br /> way and accept the layout of as a town way, Saddle Club Road from 300 <br /> feet, more or less, south of Bowser Road to 200 feet, more or less, west <br /> of Todd Road, as laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file <br /> in the office of the Town Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take by <br /> eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other <br />
