To see if the Town will provide for and authorize a <br /> committee to prepare final plans and specifications, to obtain bids and to <br /> enter into a contract or contracts for the construction, original equipping <br /> and furnishing of an addition to the Maria Hastings School Building, and to <br /> supervise the work; and appropriate a sum of money for such purposes and <br /> determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy or by <br /> transfer from available funds or by borrowing, or by any combination of these <br /> methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 39, To see if the Town will provide for and authorize a com- <br /> mittee to prepare final plans and specifications, to obtain bids and to <br /> enter into a contract or contracts for the construction, original equipping <br /> and furnishing of an "addition to the Harrington School Building and to <br /> supervise the work; and appropriate a sum of money for such purposes and de- <br /> termine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy or by <br /> transfer from available funds or by borrowing, or by any combination of these <br /> methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICTF 404; To receive the report of the School Committee as to <br /> preliminary plans and cost estimates for possible remodeling of the present <br /> Junior High School Building and to see if the Town will provide for and <br /> authorize a committee to prepare final plans'' and specifications for remodeling <br /> the present Junior High School Building, and for furnishing and equipping it, <br /> to obtain bids and to enter into a contract or contracts for such remodeling <br /> and for such furnishing and equipping, and to supervise the work; and <br /> appropriate a sum of money for such purposes and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available <br /> funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 41.
