-8- <br /> ARTICI,F 34. To see if the Town will provide for and authorize a committee <br /> to make a study of the needs of the residents of the Town for hospital ser- <br /> vices, the hospital facilities that are available to them and whether there <br /> is need for a hospital to be established in the Town and report thereon at <br /> a subsequent Town Meeting, and raise and appropriate money for the expenses <br /> of the committee; or act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br /> ARTICLE 35, To see if the Town will provide for and authorize a com- <br /> mittee to study Chapter 32B of the General Laws, which authorizes munici- <br /> palities to purchase policies of group life, accidental death and dis- <br /> memberment insurance covering employee's and group insurance providing <br /> hospital, surgical and medical benefits covering employees and their <br /> dependents, with half the premiums to be paid. by the municipality and half <br /> by the employees and to file a report at the next Town Meeting as to whether <br /> or not it recommends the Town adopt such a plan and if so what plan it <br /> recommends and its cost to the Town; and raise and appropriate money for the <br /> expenses of the committee; or act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br /> ARTICLE 36. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to retain <br /> engineering services and prepare plans and specifications for a possible <br /> street from Justin Street to Grove Street and raise and appropriate money <br /> therefor; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 37. To see if the Town will provide for a Standing School <br /> Building Committee to be available when authorized by the Town to retain <br /> architectural services, prepare plans and specifications , obtain bids, let <br /> contracts and supervise the construction of school buildings and additions <br /> thereto and the original equipping and furnishing of the same and also the <br /> making of alterations in and renovations to school buildings; or act in any <br /> other manner in relation thereto. <br />
