To receive the report of the Additional Fire Station <br /> Committee and to see if the Town will authorize the acquisition of any <br /> necessary land and will provide for and authorize a committee to prepare <br /> final plans and specifications, to obtain bids and to enter into a contract <br /> or contracts for the construction and furnishing of an additional fire <br /> station and to supervise the work; and appropriate a sum of money for such <br /> purposes and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy or by transfer from available funds, or by borrowing, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLF 111j . To see if the Town will raise and appropriate a sum of <br /> money to reimburse the Boston and Maine Railroad for the cost of installing <br /> warning signs and automatic flashing signals at the grade crossing on Fottler <br /> Avenue , pursuant to the order of the Department of Public Utilities consenting <br /> to the construction of such crossing at grade; or act in any other manner <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 45. To see if the Town will vote to designate the land on <br /> Wyman Road acquired from Frances May Baskin, for playground and recreational <br /> purposes, as the W. John Baskin Playground and appropriate a sum of money <br /> for the development and improvement thereof and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy or by transfer from available <br /> funds; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
