To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to abandon <br /> the drainage easement extending from Winter Street along the common boundary <br /> between Lots 8 and 9 on Winter Street that was granted to the Town by deed <br /> of Alexander R. MacLean and Emeline MacLean dated August 31, 1948 and <br /> recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 7339, Page 504, <br /> and that is no longer needed by the town, and will set the minimum amount <br /> to be paid for such abandonment; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> ARTICLE. 31. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money <br /> for the purchase by or with the approval of the Selectmen of a water billing <br /> machine, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy or by transfer from available funds, including any special water <br /> funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation theretoā€˛ <br /> ARTICLE 32. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 401 of the <br /> Acts of 1956 which is an Act extending to certain Civil Defense volunteers <br /> the provision of law applicable to municipal employees for indemnification <br /> of damages sustained through the operation of publicly owned vehicles. <br /> ARTICLE 33. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the <br /> installation of traffic lights on Massachusetts Avenue at suchpoint as may <br /> be determined by the Board of Selectmen between Pleasant Street and Curve <br /> Street, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these <br /> methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br />
