ARTICLE 12 ZONING BY-LAW,WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS <br /> SETBACKS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Lexington as follows: <br /> Delete the first paragraph of Section 15.3.3.2, Institutional, Agricultural,Natural Resource or <br /> Commercial uses in Residential Districts ("A concealed wireless communication facility may be <br /> installed in a building or in a structure on a building on a lot on which an Institutional, Agricultural, <br /> Natural Resource or Commercial use in Residential Districts(as provided in subsections 2, 3, and 4 <br /> respectively of Table 1, Permitted Uses and Development Standards)is the principal use.") from <br /> the current Zoning By-Law of the Town of Lexington. (1998 edition) <br /> (Submitted by Lisa Berland and nine or more registered voters) <br /> DESCRIPTION: See Description under Article 11. <br /> ARTICLE 13 ZONING BY-LAW,WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS <br /> SETBACKS FROM INSTITUTIONAL BUILDINGS <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Lexington as follows: to <br /> amend Section 15.4.2, Setbacks, to read: No tower or wireless communication facility, with the <br /> exception of repeaters, shall be located: 1) closer than 750 feet to an existing school, day care <br /> center, hospital, nursing home, church, synagogue or other place of worship or public <br /> congregation. 2) If a repeater, such facility shall not be closer than 500 feet to any school, <br /> hospital, nursing home or place of worship. <br /> (Submitted by Lisa Berland and nine or more registered voters) <br /> DESCRIPTION: See Description under Article 11. <br /> ARTICLE 14 HOME RULE PETITION- MANSIONIZATION <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to petition the General Court <br /> for an Act to allow for the regulation of the construction of large houses on small lots by <br /> requiring that the size of the lot and setbacks from lot lines be proportionate to the size of the <br /> house, or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by the Board of Selectmen) <br /> 11 <br />
