The <br />footprint is not being altered and there will be no increase in impervious area. <br />Questions and comments from the commission: <br />The commission requested that the applicant use orange construction fence to keep the project <br />and materials from extending towards the riverfront area. <br />Motion to issue a negative determination with conditions made by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by <br />Mr. Wolk. Vote: 5-0 in favor. <br />9:26pm <br />DET 16-3 <br />RDA, 74 Hancock Street <br />Owner/Applicant: Jim Lutterman <br />Project: Removal of staircase and walkway and modifying bay window <br />Jim Lutterman- home owner <br />Documents: RDA Package 12/22/2015, images of proposed work area 1/11/2016 <br />Mr. Lutterman explained that as part of a kitchen remodel they will be removing a stairway and <br />walkway and an existing bay window will be replaced with a smaller one. He stated that the bay <br />window will run off into the driveway which already has an infiltration system. <br />Motion to issue a negative determination with conditions made by Mrs. Miller and seconded by <br />Mr. Beuttell.
