Andrei Baumann, $150.00 2014 Publicity Members continued conversation around possible ways to improve publicity, including: Twitter, Facebook, blog, updating town website, updating our website, adding resources and support page to town website. 2014 Programming Members are encouraged to look at the list on the last page of the agenda to consider specific areas where they might like to be a point person. Discovery Day – Leslie Masson agreed to be point person to explore photo booth at Discovery Day. Members liked the idea of an engaging activity at our table/booth. th Discussion highlighted the success of the booth at the 300 Anniversary’s LexCelebrate! event and the value of having interesting props for people to use (penguin, funny hats, maybe artist props). Spring fundraiser – Timing suggests fall is better timing. Possible collaboration with Munroe Center for the Arts for an evening event where Munroe could co- sponsor. The church hall they have been using can hold 200 people comfortably and invites us to reach out across the community. 3
