April 10, 2013 Adjourned Session of the 2013 Annual Town Meeting, cont.... <br /> s) Concord Avenue Sidewalk Construction and Easements -$3,000,000 for constructing <br /> sidewalks along Concord Avenue from Spring Street to Waltham Street and all incidental <br /> costs related thereto, and to take by eminent domain,purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, <br /> easement or other interest in land necessary therefor, and that to meet this appropriation <br /> $96,000 be appropriated from the Traffic Mitigation Stabilization Fund and the Treasurer, <br /> with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, is authorized to borrow $2,904,000 under <br /> M.G.L.
