Lexington Police Department goals and objectives distributed to each member. <br />5. Policies were reviewed. Summary of significant comments. <br />22 -A Time Management <br />- Page 1, 1 St Paragraph. Delete last sentence. <br />- Page 1. This is a unique policy and is focused at internal operations of PD. It <br />should be clarified for the non police reader by way of an introduction that some <br />terminology may not be understood without access to the internal police network. <br />- Page 1. This policy is intended to capture most practices, but does not override <br />labor agreements and this should be made clearer. <br />- Page 2. Add definitions. Through policy, words and programs identified that <br />should be defined. <br />- Page 2. Holidays. May wish to be more specific about holidays (Town versus <br />contract definitions). <br />- Page 3. "Contract" and "Collective Bargaining Agreement" are used <br />interchangeably. Pick one. <br />- Page 3. Language covering "FLEX" time is not clear to the general reader. <br />- Page 4. The "2 & 1" is not clear to the general reader. <br />- Page 4.
