Flynn-has been involved in civil suits involving other comm~mities where training has <br />been increasingly the issue, this psogtain is one of the best in the State that she has reviewed. Feels <br />Lexington is way ahead of other ca~mmunities <br />B. Hays- recommended taking "objective" ~ 1 from page four (1. To produce a highly <br />trained and motivated police officer capable of meeting as exceeding the standards of performance <br />requited by the Lexington Police department.)
