MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE <br /> HELD AT THE TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, MONDAY <br /> EVENING, DECEMBER 6, 1943. <br /> Notification of this meeting was furnished to all mem- <br /> bers of the Committee by letter. <br /> The meeting was opened in the office of the Town Account- <br /> ant at 8:00 P.M. , by Chairman Lewis L. Held November 29 194 <br /> It was regularly moved and voted to dispense with the <br /> reading of the minutes of the regular meeting held November 29, <br /> 1943. <br /> Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt read a letter from James J. <br /> Carroll, Town Clerk, requesting a transfer from the Reserve Fund <br /> to the Town Clerk' s Department - Personal Services Account of <br /> 412.91 to cover the salary of the clerk for the balance of the <br /> year 1943. A motion was made, seconded and voted to transfer the <br /> sum of 412 .91 from the Reserve Fund to the Town Clerk' s Department - <br /> Personal Services Account. <br /> The Town Accountant requested a transfer of 43.40 from <br /> the Reserve Fund to the Accounting Department - Personal Services <br /> Account to take care of the Secretary' s and Clerk' s salaries for <br /> the balance of the year 1943. A motion was made, seconded and <br /> voted to transfer the sum of 43.40 from the Reserve Fund to the <br /> Accounting Department - Personal Services Account. <br />
