It was regularly moved and voted to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting held November 15, 1943. Chairman Levis L. Hoyt read a letter received from the Board of Selectmen requesting a transfer of ` 500.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Town Offices Cary Memorial Building - Expenses Ac- count to take care of the additional expense incurred by sprinkler repair and the fire in the coal bunker. The insurance companies have paid for the damns. done but such receipts have been credited to estimated receipts and not to this appropriation. A motion was made, seconded and voted to transfer the sum of :4;500.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Torn Offices and Carer Memorial Building; - Ex- penses Account. Mrs. Luther R. Putney and Yr. Tracy "'. Ames, members of the School Committee; together with Mr. Thomas S. Grindle, Super- intendent of Schools, entered at 8:07 P.M. to discuss the School Budgets. School Maintenance - Personal Services General Control Superintendent - The Superintendent' s salary is the same as last year.
