MINUTES OF THE TRy HTIT`?G OF TFT, APPROPRIATION C0M MITT'A; <br /> HELD AT THE TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, MONDAY <br /> EVENING, NOVEMBER 22, 1943. <br /> Notification of this meeting was furnished to all mem- <br /> bers of the Committee by letter. <br /> The meeting was opened in the office of the Torn Account- <br /> ant at 8:05 P. . , by Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt, with all the following <br /> members in attendance : <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman <br /> Fred C . Newhall Thacher Jenney <br /> Carl E. Bryant Harvey F. �Tinlock <br /> Ronald D. Brown Raymond L. 1 h.ite <br /> Town Accountant <br /> MINUTES OF T. E MEETING HELD NOVEMBER. 15, 1943. <br /> It was regularly moved and voted to dispense with the <br /> reading of the minutes of the regular meeting held November 15, 1943. <br /> Chairman Levis L. Hoyt read a letter received from the <br /> Board of Selectmen requesting a transfer of ` 500.00 from the Reserve <br /> Fund to the Town Offices Cary Memorial Building - Expenses Ac- <br /> count to take care of the additional expense incurred by sprinkler <br /> repair and the fire in the coal bunker. The insurance companies <br /> have paid for the damns. done but such receipts have been credited <br /> to estimated receipts and not to this appropriation. A motion was <br /> made, seconded and voted to transfer the sum of :4;500.00 from the <br /> Reserve Fund to the Torn Offices and Carer Memorial Building; - Ex- <br /> penses Account. <br /> Mrs. Luther R. Putney and Yr. Tracy "'. Ames, members of <br /> the School Committee; together with Mr. Thomas S. Grindle, Super- <br /> intendent of Schools, entered at 8:07 P.M. to discuss the School <br /> Budgets. <br /> School Maintenance - Personal Services <br /> General Control <br /> Superintendent - The Superintendent' s salary is the same <br /> as last year. <br />
