2 Rowland Avenue <br />: Michael and Sharon Cassetari presented a sample of pewter wood, arch style <br />shingles. The commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the above shingle. <br />Certificate No 2011C84 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />4 Grant Street <br />: David Pinsonneault, Town of Lexington presented pictures of the installation of two (2) <br />electric charging stations in the NStar parking lot. This will convert 3 parking spaces into 2 extra wide <br />parking spaces. Shrubs will be placed around the charging stations and the spelling on the signs will be <br />fixed. The commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the two (2) charging stations <br />and shrubbery with all wiring being underground. Certificate No C2011-85 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> <br />35 Hancock Street: <br /> Mr. Hancock presented a drawing of placement of the fence. The commission voted <br />5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the fence only (certificate has not yet been issued because I <br />am waiting for particulars about the fence). Mr. Carroll also talked about a common driveway and <br />parking issues. He said that there was an agreement to forfeit parking for a cobbled front. Cobbled apron <br />will e the same material as the driveway with a turn-about onto Hancock Street. The committee asked that <br />he lay out stakes so they could drive by and see what he proposed to do and Mr. Carroll agreed. <br />Driveway continued to November 10, 2011. <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br />1 <br />475 Massachusetts Avenue <br />: Timothy Greene, representing AT&T proposed placing two (2) 12 inch-18 <br />inch tubes mounted on the cable run and painted black, placed on the back of the Church and will barely <br />be seen from the front. Each tube will hold GPS, 4G network unit. The applicant is ready for a formal <br />hearing. <br /> <br />910 Massachusetts Avenue <br />: Ruth Rose presented with a request to change a second floor balcony door <br />that is in disrepair. Storm door will remain. The door will be painted white with twelve glass window <br />panes. Mrs. Rose is ready for a formal hearing. <br /> <br />9 Brigham Road <br />: Chip Webster, representing David and Judy Crayer with a request to remove mutins <br />from the rear windows. They showed a number of varied windows in their neighborhood. The Board <br />agreed to only the removal of mutins from rear window. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Welch brought up the Muzzey School and said he would go and check on the window in question on <br />the left side of the building, between two columns. <br /> <br />A joint meeting has been scheduled with the Historical Commission for November 17, 2011 at 7:00 PM <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:35 <br /> <br /> <br />
