2 Rowland Avenue : Michael and Sharon Cassetari presented a sample of pewter wood, arch style shingles. The commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the above shingle. This will convert 3 parking spaces into 2 extra wide parking spaces. Shrubs will be placed around the charging stations and the spelling on the signs will be fixed. The commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the two (2) charging stations and shrubbery with all wiring being underground. Mr. Carroll also talked about a common driveway and parking issues. He said that there was an agreement to forfeit parking for a cobbled front. Cobbled apron will e the same material as the driveway with a turn-about onto Hancock Street. They showed a number of varied windows in their neighborhood. The Board agreed to only the removal of mutins from rear window. OTHER BUSINESS Mr. Welch brought up the Muzzey School and said he would go and check on the window in question on the left side of the building, between two columns.
