Driveway will replace pea stone and wood landscape <br />timbers with Unilock Brussell Block pavers (Sierra color) following existing path. Walkway will be <br />Unilock Brussel Block – Sierra and Entryway will be fieldstone risers with bluestone treads. The <br />commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to replace the driveway walkway and stairs <br />with the designated materials. Certificate No. 2011C-80 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />1690-1692 Massachusetts Avenue <br />: Kathy Ready, representing Turtle Bay Limited Partnership, <br />presented a picture of a signage change: Massachusetts Avenue side only. Sign will be flat cut out <br />Aluminum letters, ¾” thick. Certificate No. C2011C-81 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />22 Hancock Street <br />: Brandon Callahan presented architectural designs to add a chimney to the right rear <br />of the house with the type of brick and color to match the rest of the house. The Commission voted 5-0 to <br />issue a certificate of appropriateness for the addition of the chimney. Certificate No 2011C-82 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer, Scott Kyle and <br />Associate Commissioner: Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />15 Hastings Road: <br /> Karl Damitz, Four Fold Designs, representing Elizabeth Lin presented a small <br />mudroom addition to be located at existing side entrance with wooden windows, removal of shutter on the <br />garage, flat rood with low pitch, integrated gutter with internal gutter, downspout and catch basin with <br />pea stone membrane. The commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the <br />mudroom with above description.
