60-260 <br />Selectmen's Meeting - February 5, 1996 <br />Fund for Lexington Board Membership <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to appoint the following to the Fund for <br />Lexington Boards <br />Selectmen members Leo McSweeney and Dan Fenn; Trustees of Public Trusts member Alan <br />Fields; Clergy member Fr. Arnold Coletti from. Sacred Heart Church; Service or Fraternal <br />organization members David Walsh from the Knights of Columbus and Kristin Nordahl from <br />the Lion's Club, <br />Town Celebrations Committee ApWintment. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to accept with regret the resignation of <br />Eric Carlson from the Town Celebrations Committee. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to appoint Julie Miller to fill the <br />unexpired term of Eric Carlson on the Town Celebrations Committee. <br />Use of Ba ttle Green by the Lexington Minute Men for the Re- Enactment of the Battle <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the request by the Lexington a <br />Minute Men, Inc. for use of the Battle Green on Sunday, March 31, 1996 from 2:00 p.m. to <br />4:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 6, 1996 if needed and on Monday, April 15, 1996 for a re- <br />enactment of the Battle. <br />One-Dgy LlIguor License - A.rnenian Sisters Acadern <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the application and issue a <br />one -day liquor license to the Armenian Sisters Academy, 10 Pelham. Road for a valentine's <br />Day Party on February 10, 1996. <br />Acce t Lot of 108 Grove Street Subdivision <br />Upon motion duly made. and seconded, it was voted that the deed of the .Town of Lexington <br />from Debra D. Cary dated January 17, 1996 conveying parcel A. on a plan entitled "Property <br />Rights and Dimensional Standards. Plan, prepared for Mark Moore Homes, Inc." dated <br />October 4, 1995 is hereby accepted. <br />
