<br />Minutes <br />Town Celebrations Committee <br />March 24, 2010 <br />Room 111, Town Hall @ 7:15 pm <br /> <br />Members present <br />Suzie Barry, Paul Jenkins, Bill Mix, Henry Murphy, Sandy Podgorski, Charlie Price and Bob Tracey <br />Not present <br />Sally Fisher, Mary Gillespie, Jo-Anne Granger, Sondra Lucente, Jerry Michelson, Julie Miller, <br />John Rossi and Jim Shaw <br />Guests <br />Sam Doran, member of the Sons of Union Veterans; Maria Loconte, Friends of Willard’s Woods; <br />David Navia, Boy Scout Troop #119 (observing) and his mother, Susan Navia. <br /> Business <br />Suzie Barry called the meeting to order at 7:20 pm. <br /> <br />Patriots’ Day 2010 <br />Suzie gave a brief, general discussion of the parade preparation to our guests. <br /> <br />Spirit of 76 <br />Bill Mix is working on getting the fife and drummer for both the morning and afternoon <br />parades. Suzie reported Sam Estabrooks of Boy Scout Troop 160 will be the Flag Bearer <br />again. <br /> <br />Pre-parade meeting <br />Lexington Minuteman Henry Liu will attend our March 31, 2010 meeting for a briefing <br />on the reenactment. <br /> <br />Float application update <br /> <br />The following groups were accepted to participate in the afternoon parade: <br /> <br />Rainbow Girls <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />
