Barnert, Arthur C. Smith, John J. <br /> McWeeney, Carolyn C. Wilson and Associate Member Leo McSweeney. <br /> Staff Present: David L. George, Zoning Administrator <br /> Petition Address: 19 Chase Avenue, Map 13, Lot 171. <br /> Prior to the hearing, the petition and supporting data were reviewed by the Building <br /> Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Health Director, Board of <br /> Selectmen, the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Administrator and the Historic <br /> Districts Commission Clerk. Comments were received from the Zoning Administrator. <br /> The Chairman opened the hearing at 7:55 pm by reading the legal notice and described <br /> information received from the petitioner relative to the petition. <br /> Mikhail Viner - Bykovskiy presented the petition. <br /> Mr. Viner - Bykovskiy stated that he sought to build a sunroom over an existing <br /> nonconforming deck. He indicated the deck footprint would not be expanded. The special <br /> permit may be granted in accordance with CH. 135 of the Code of the Town of Lexington <br /> (Zoning By -law) section 135 -29A in conjunction with section 135 -11. The board also <br /> sought the age of the nonconforming shed located at the site. Mr. Viner - Bykovskiy stated <br /> that shed had been at its present location for more than 10 years. <br /> No one in the audience spoke either in favor of or in opposition to the petition. <br /> The hearing was closed at 7:59 pm. <br /> On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by Arthur C. Smith, the Board voted 5- <br /> 0, to grant the special permit in accordance with CH. 135 of the Code of the Town of <br /> Lexington (Zoning By -law) section 135 -29A in conjunction with section 135 -11 at 19 <br /> Chase Avenue. <br /> Submitted by: David L.
