<br />Minutes <br />Town Celebrations Committee <br />September 16, 2009 <br />Room 111, Town Hall @ 7:15 pm <br /> <br />Members present <br />Suzie Barry, Sally Fisher, Mary Gillespie, Jo-Anne Granger, Sondra Lucente, Julie <br />Miller, Bill Mix, Henry Murphy, Sandy Podgorski, John Rossi and Bob Tracey <br />Not present <br />Paul Jenkins, Charlie Price, Jerry Michelson and Jim Shaw <br /> Business <br />Suzie Barry called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm. <br />?? <br />Elections were held. Suzie Barry and Bob Tracey were nominated for the <br />?? <br />offices of committee chair and vice chair, respectively; both were <br />unanimously elected. Jo-Anne Granger and Sandy Podgorski will share <br />the office of secretary. <br />Peter Kelley is this year’s selectmen liaison to the Town Celebrations <br />?? <br />Committee. <br />The evening’s agenda, 2009-2010 committee meeting dates and <br />?? <br />committee member roster were distributed. <br />Minutes of the May 20, 2009 meeting were not available for distribution <br />?? <br />and approval. <br />Suzie Barry asked that anyone who cannot attend a meeting should let <br />?? <br />her know ahead of time. <br />Jerry Michelson was asked to provide a unique domain for the <br />?? <br />committee’s website. <br /> <br /> <br />
