Sue agreed that we should publicize the request further.  Wei Ding suggested another Patriots Day activity that the TCC could sponsor: asking residents to visit the many historic sites in Lexington and keep track of their miles walked and report back to the Town. Geetha reported that IAL was thinking of sponsoring just such an activity and described their suggestions that people should take photos of themselves and families at the sites they visited. Further favorable discussion by the committee suggested that the TCC could produce a map of sites to be visited.  Steve Cole reported on the date that the Lexington Minutemen will be doing their filming with the help of Lex Media.  June reported that the DAR is thinking about producing a genealogy workshop on Patriots Day weekend. In response to a question from Steve Cole, June replied that all the DAR needs to do is let the TCC know what they are doing and the dates so that information can be posted on the Town’s Patriots Day web site.  Mary noted that, in order to include any video content we might have of the Old Guard performing in previous Patriots Days, we need to get their permission.  Coordination with the National Parks Service was raised. Steve Cole noted that he sits on a committee with them and can convey any TCC requests to them. Consensus was that we would like them to let us know what they are planning so we can include that information on our Patriots Day web site.  Linda Dixon offered to reach out to Jim Hollister of the National Parks Service to ask him to participate in the Library/TCC programming for Patriots Day.  Sandy asked if the Robbins cemetery on Mass Ave is one of the Lexington historical sites. Replies from the committee indicated that it is. Steve noted that there is a map available for Munroe Cemetery that shows where the veterans graves are located.
