The <br /> homeowner is looking to sell but wants to preserve the home. Mr. Smith is proposing to <br /> demolish the 1990 addition and build a two car garage. The homeowner wants to have the <br /> option of taking down the addition and adding a garage or just taking down the addition. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> The Commission went over the proposed changes to 1 Bennington Road. <br />
