PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> Mr. Paul of 43 Highland Avenue expressed his concerns regarding the proposed plans at 1 <br /> Bennington Road. Mr. Paul lives right behind the property it doesn't want to see it subdivided. <br /> Mr. Kalsow said he feels the subdivision would be a substantial detriment but is not in the <br /> purview of the Historical Commission. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved by Ms. Fenollosa to find 1 Bennington Road preferably preserved and permit the partial <br /> building demolition on the 1990s addition to permit the garage and living space in accordance <br /> with the plans presented to the meeting dated June 6h 2019. Seconded by Mr. Kalsow. <br /> VOTE: <br /> 4-0 in favor the partial building demolition and roofline change: Mr. Kalsow, Ms. Fenollosa, Mr. <br /> Kelland and Ms. Flynn <br /> AGENDA ITEM #6 (8:25 PM) <br /> Review list of properties for MHC grant <br /> -The Commission went over the list of properties for the grant. Some of the properties need <br /> corrected inventory forms and some properties haven't been completed yet.
