EWToRIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION <br />NOTICE OF DETERMINATION <br />Notice is hereby given that at a hearing of the Historic Districts Commission <br />held on Wednesday, September 6, 1995, the Commission granted a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness to David Pollins with respect to the installation of a World War <br />II Monument at 1875 Massachusetts Avenue, which is located within the Battle <br />Green District. <br />Participating in the decision were Commissioners Stephen M. Politi, Walter S. <br />Pierce, Clark Griffith and Mark DiNapoli, and Associate Commissioner Walter <br />Bergler, Jr.. <br />Ref; Certificate No. 95C-48 <br />September 6, 1995 <br />HISTORIC DISTRICTS 1SSION <br />a <br />,Stephen M.
