EWToRIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION <br />NOTICE OF DETERMINATION <br />Notice is hereby given that at a hearing of the Historic Districts Commission <br />held on Wednesday, September 6, 1995, the Commission granted a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness to David Pollins with respect to the installation of a World War <br />II Monument at 1875 Massachusetts Avenue, which is located within the Battle <br />Green District. <br />Participating in the decision were Commissioners Stephen M.
