HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 18th, 2016 <br /> Call to Order: A public meeting of the Historical Commission was held in the Parker Room of <br /> Lexington Town Hall located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. The meeting convened at <br /> 7:23PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> David Kelland, Chair, Frank Kern, Sally Zimmerman, Marilyn Fenollosa(7:26PM) <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:24 PM) <br /> Public hearing regarding the full building demolition of the home located at 346 Concord <br /> Avenue. <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> Fabian Flori <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> None <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> -Letter from Ms. Brenda Tabak, Historical Commission Clerk <br /> -Form B document regarding address 346 Concord Ave <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Mr. Flori discussed the house has been vacant for two years. He showed a letter from 2013 <br /> stating 346 Concord Avenue is not preferably preserved. Mr. Flori stated the house is in poor <br /> condition. <br /> Applicant presented documentation of previous decision that stated the dwelling is not preferably <br /> preserved. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> The commission asked what the homeowner plans to build if demolished. Mr. Flori, the <br /> applicant stated that their intent was to build a 1,600 square foot colonial. The commission <br /> discussed there being no reason to overturn their decision from last time. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> None <br />
