June 4, 1998 <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS: <br />Historic Districts Commission Meeting page 2 <br />1444 Massachusetts Avenue — No one showed to present this petition. <br />1628 Massachusetts Avenue — Kevin Fraser received approval of a projecting sign for Pet Mania. <br />Certificate 98C -63. <br />60 Forest Street — Deborah Paisner submitted specifications for the doors and windows to be <br />used in the previously approved addition. Certificate 98C -64. <br />36 Bedford Street — Tom Fenn presented signs for the Stop cX. Shop. They were approved. <br />Certificate 98C -65. <br />10 Woburn Street —Brian Moore presented plans for the remediation shed to be constructed on <br />the property of the Gingerbread Construction Company. The shed was approved. Certificate <br />98C -66. <br />41 -19 Waltham Street — Aban Makarechian the architect for Guardian Savings showed plans for <br />the renovation to the building. <br />1912 Massachusetts Avenue — Bill Ericson informed the Commission of the Hancock Church's <br />plans for renovation work. <br />
