Realtors, and her architect, Manuel Rempelakis, came in <br /> for further discussion of exterior architectural changes to <br /> the premises at 15-17 Muzzey Street. These were first reviewed <br /> at a hearing on November 28, after which several members of the <br /> Commission viewed the property on Saturday morning, December 1, <br /> 1979• <br /> Mr. Packard expressed a preference for leaving the front <br /> particularly the porch) unchanged, far reducing the size of <br /> the rear dormer, and eliminating exterior fire escapes. Mr. <br /> Davies and Mr. Morehouse said they would not object to skylights <br /> and a small vestibule on the front and asked if interior stair- <br /> cases could be built instead of fire escapes. They made a <br /> <br /> number of other helpful observations on these matters. <br /> Following the lengthy discussion, all members of the <br /> Commission agreed that revised plans were needed, and Mr. Davies <br /> and Mr. Morehouse volunteered to go over such plans before the <br /> Commission's next meeting on January q, 1980. <br /> At 9050 P. M. Amy and Nelson Gore and their contractor, <br /> Zack Gould, presented plans for the installation of a skylight <br /> and a bay window in a bathroom on the north side, second floor, <br /> of their home at 822 Massachusetts Avenue. Members of the <br /> Commission were skeptical of the bay window and concerned <br /> about the dimensions of the skylight. Some agreed to look at <br /> the roof after the dimensions of the skylight were outlined. <br /> <br /> There will be a formal hearing on January 9, 1980 before which <br /> <br />
