It xas moved, seconded, and unanimously <br /> <br /> VOTED to approve payment of those bills. <br /> It msas moved, seconded, atxi unanimously VOTED to issue a Certificate <br /> of Appropriateness to Jean-Alain Ripon d/b/a Le Hellecour Restaurant xith <br /> <br /> respect to the erection and display of a sign for s store at 10.12 Mns$ey <br /> <br /> Street, xhich is xithin the Battle Green District. Participating in this <br /> decision wore Commissioners Wilbur M. Jaquith, Philip H. Parsons, Donald J. <br /> Shax, 4eorgia H. Wi111ams, and Associate Commissioner S.
