Subject to permission from the Board of Appeals and such <br />safety precautions as it may require, bulk distribution of <br />liquid fuels and lubricants from underground storage <br />tanks elevated above the ground on sufficient supports. <br />or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />ARTICLE - To see If the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By-law to permit <br />the construction to 85 foot height limit of industrial staring or processing <br />facilities not for sustained human occupancy by striking out Paragraph (c) <br />of Section 7 of said By-law and substituting therefor the following Para- <br />graph (c): <br />(c) The limitations of height in feet shall not apply to chim- <br />neys, ventilators, skylights, tanks, bulkheads, penthouses <br />and other accessory structural features usually carried <br />above roofs, nor to domes, towers or spires of churches or <br />other buildings provided such features are in no way used <br />for living purposes, provided further that, except with per- <br />mission of the Board of Appeals in each case, no such struc- <br />tural feature of any non -manufacturing building shall ex- <br />ceed a height of 65 feet from the ground and no processing <br />or storage feature (not for sustained human occupancy) of a <br />manufacturing building shall exceed a height of 85 feet from <br />the ground, <br />or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />ARTICLE - To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By-law to pro- <br />vide larger side yards in industrial districts where they abut residential <br />districts and to provide a specific series of ratios of industrial building <br />coverages to required open areas on industrial'lots jai place of the present <br />single ratio by striking out Sub -sections a. b, and c, of Sub -paragraph 1 <br />of Paragraph (e) of Section -8 of said By-law and substituting therefor the <br />following Sub -sections a. b. and c: <br />it, For each lot a frontage,width not less than 150 feet upon the - <br />frontage street. <br />b. For each lot: <br />(1) A front yard not less than,30 feet in depth on each street <br />upon which the lot abuts. <br />(2) Side Yards not less than 30 feet in width nor less than 50 <br />feet wherever any such yard abuts a residential zoning dis- <br />trict. <br />
