It was suggested by Mr. Harkness, Mr. Compton, and Mrs. Swenson that <br />in view of the anticipated growth of the town, the Planning Board make a <br />specific study of the problem of future areas for business zones. <br />Hearing closed at 9:15 p.m. <br />Carrig <br />Mr. James A. Carrig appeared for tentative approval of plans for devel- <br />opment of McCaffrey property on Lincoln street. Taken under advisement. <br />Ridge Associates <br />Mr. Burns reported he had gone over the area in question with a State <br />engineer. The State recommended the central entrance as against that near <br />Appleton street. It was suggested that the Board go down and look the situa- <br />tioneover again.
