PLANNING BOARD HEARING <br />I <br />September 2, 1937 <br />A public hearing was held in the Selectmen's Room of <br />the Town Office Building, Lexington, on Thursday, September <br />2, 1937 at 8:00 P. M. Messrs. Greeley, Kimball, Ferguson, <br />Ellis, Kraetzer and Nickerson were present. <br />The Board organized before this hearing and Mr. Greeley <br />was elected. Chairman and Mr. Kimball Clerk. <br />The Chairman declared the hearing open and the Clerk <br />read the notice of hearing which appeared in the August 19th <br />issue of the Lexington Townsman on the following amendment: - <br />To amend the Lexington ironing By -Law and Map as follows:- <br />By changing that part of Section 1. which now reads, <br />"and as shown on the zoning map prepared by J. Henry <br />Duffy, Town Engineer, and filed with the Town Clerk <br />March 17, 1924, and all amendments thereto, which map <br />as amended is hereby made a part of this By -Lav," to <br />read as follows:- <br />and <br />ollows:- <br />and as shown on the zoning map prepared by John T. <br />Cosgrove, Town Engineer, and filed with the Town Clerk <br />August 12, 1937, and all amendments thereto, which map <br />as amended is hereb7 made a part of this By -Law. <br />Mr. Kimball made the motion that inasmuch as there was <br />no one present appearing in regard to the hearing, the hear- <br />ing be declared closed. The motion was seconded and the <br />Chairman declared the hearing closed at 8:05 P. M. <br />Mr. Kimball read the report to be presented at the <br />Town Pveeting on this amendment and as there were no objections <br />or corrections, the Chairman declared it accepted. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />
