Board of Appeals (continued) Hearing date -April 21, 1977 <br />da <br />' on the site plan submitted by the petitioner. <br />Boston Urban Associates is a Massachusetts business trust under a Declara- <br />tion of Trust dated July 2, 1970 with a mailing address at 133 Federal Street, <br />Boston, Massachusetts 02110 and has an interest in said property by virtue of <br />a purchase and sale agreement in which it is the purchaser of the property from <br />the current owner of record Edward H. Hinds, Trustee of Area Realty Trust. <br />Michael Colangelo and Josephine Colangelo - special permit under the provisions <br />of Section 13 of the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Lexington and a finding and <br />determination that the proposed placement of buildings, major topographic <br />changes, provisions for waste disposal, surface and ground water drainage, <br />protection against flooding and inundation, prevention of water pollution and <br />environmental damage, erosion control, parking areas, loading areas, maneuver- <br />ing areas, driveways, and the location of intersections of driveways and <br />streets will constitute a suitable development and will not result in substan- <br />tial detriment to the neighborhood, all as shown on plans submitted to the <br />Board of Appeals. Said premises are now known as and numbered 20 Hartwell <br />Avenue, Lexington, Massachusetts. <br />DECISIONS <br />The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting.
