Boston Urban Associates is a Massachusetts business trust under a Declara- tion of Trust dated July 2, 1970 with a mailing address at 133 Federal Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110 and has an interest in said property by virtue of a purchase and sale agreement in which it is the purchaser of the property from the current owner of record Edward H. Hinds, Trustee of Area Realty Trust. Michael Colangelo and Josephine Colangelo - special permit under the provisions of Section 13 of the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Lexington and a finding and determination that the proposed placement of buildings, major topographic changes, provisions for waste disposal, surface and ground water drainage, protection against flooding and inundation, prevention of water pollution and environmental damage, erosion control, parking areas, loading areas, maneuver- ing areas, driveways, and the location of intersections of driveways and streets will constitute a suitable development and will not result in substan- tial detriment to the neighborhood, all as shown on plans submitted to the Board of Appeals. Said premises are now known as and numbered 20 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, Massachusetts. DECISIONS The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting. Boston Urban Associates - special permit and variances granted unanimously, subject to certain conditions. Colangelo - granted unanimously.
