Hamilton, Trustees of Volunteer Associates <br />Realty Trust - variance to permit the construction of a single family dwell- <br />ing on a lot of land shown as Parcel "B" on Plan Filed, which has sufficient <br />area of 5 acres, more or less, with insufficient frontage on Concord Avenue, <br />Lexington. Said parcel of land is located between the dwellings at 303 and 311 <br />Concord Avenue and extends to the rear of the property at said 311 Concord <br />Avenue. <br />Following the hearings the Board made the following decisions, all in <br />public open meeting: <br />Tennis Club - granted unanimously. <br />Spring Street Trust - withdrawn. <br />Rodney W. Poling, D.V.M. - denied unanimously. <br />Hamilton - granted unanimously, subject to the condition that a driveway to the <br />back land of Parcel "B" over the 50 ft. passageway shall not come closer than <br />25 feet of the land of the abutters, Joseph L. and Marion C. Hyatt. <br />A vote to appeal the "turned -over" decision by the Department of Community <br />Affairs on the St. Brigid's low and moderate income housing (Planning Office <br />for Urban Affairs) passed 4 to 0. (Mr. Taylor,abstaining) <br />Copies of the decisions made in regard to hearings are on file in the <br />Board of Appeals' office.
