Construction must <br />be started within a period of one year. A building permit is necessary <br />and the variance must be registered at the Registry of Deeds. <br />Honeywell, Inc. - Granted unanimously. Must be done in accordance with plans <br />and specifications submitted to the Board of Appeals. <br />Gottlieb - Granted unanimously, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. No signs shall be displayed. <br />2. All parking must be on the owner's driveways. No parking on Concord Ave. <br />3. Hours of operation shall be Mon. through Fri., 9:30 to 11:30 a.m, and <br />possibly 7 to 9 in the evening. <br />4. Each class shall be limited to 8 enrollees. <br />W. R. The decision was not posted with the Town Clerk until <br />October 17, 1973. The decision was discussed again in open meeting after the <br />regular hearings scheduled for October 2, 1973 and the permit was held until <br />the write-up was approved by Town Counsel. Approval was obtained and the <br />permit was posted (filed) with the Town Clerk as stated. <br />
