June 19, 1973 hearings (continued) Page 2 <br />'conditions: <br />1. The pool shall be completely fenced. <br />2. The pool shall be operated only during school hours and in conjunction <br />with the school program. <br />3. There shall be no less than one supervisor for every 5 children. <br />4. Services and utilities for draining and filling shall be installed <br />according to the town engineer's specifications. <br />5. All rules and regulations of the board of health shall be followed. <br />6. Construction shall be started within one year from date. <br />Before acting on this permit, it will be necessary to secure a building <br />permit from the building inspector. <br />Campanelli, Inc. (Tyco) - Granted with the condition that the building must <br />be fully sprinklered to the satisfaction of the town of Lexington building <br />and fire departments. <br />Schumacher - granted with the condition that construction must be started <br />within one year from date. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each petitioner in <br />the Board of Appeals' office. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:35 p.m. <br />1 <br />Evelyn F.
