r <br />May 8, 1973 hearings continued Page 2 <br />' Mildred E. Whitney - denied by a vote of 2 to 3, Mr. Sheldon and Mr. Reed <br />voting in favor. Mr. Nickerson, Dr. Wadsworth and Mrs Morey voting in <br />opposition. <br />ri <br />Hayg and Brigitte Boyadiian - granted unanimously with certain conditions. <br />Lexington Investment & Development Corporation - granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Hours of operation shall be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. five days a week with <br />occasional 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. <br />2. Signs must conform to the Sign By -Law unless subsequent permission is <br />obtained. No flashing or unduly bright signs are allowed. <br />3. Rules and regulations of the Fire and Health Departments must be <br />followed. <br />4. No advice has been received from the Conservation Commission that this <br />area is under its control or that Hatch Act permission is required. <br />5. Copy of the Assistant Town Engineer's letter dated May 3, 1973 and re- <br />ceived May 8, 1973 is appended with the agreement that the petitioner <br />will conform to the first ten items. <br />6. Construction must start within one year from this date. <br />Before acting on this permit, it will be necessary to secure a building per- <br />mit from the Building Inspector and in accordance with State law, before <br />this permit becomes effective, notice that such a permit has been issued <br />must be recorded at the Registry of Deeds by the Petitioner. <br />All pertinent materia] is on file under the name of each petitioner in <br />the Board of Appeals' office. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m. <br />Evelyn F. <br />Clerk <br />Cole <br />
