This permit is subject to the following conditions: <br />I. No holes that would constitute a safety hazard shall be left unfilled <br />for more than a working day. <br />2. A surface of 15" of loam will be required with a minimum of 12" of <br />clean subsoil below. A maximum of 2,500 yards of loam may be removed. <br />3. Trucks removing and introducing loam and fill shall operate only between <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on <br />Saturdays. <br />4. All provisions of the Hatch Act shall be observed. <br />5. This permit is subject to Board of Health regulations. <br />Campanelli, Inc. (Tyco Labs) - no decision was made to grant or deny the <br />request. The Board of Appeals voted to hold a special meeting on April 11th <br />at 7:30 p.m. to extend the discussion and to hear reports from the Planning <br />Board, Engineering Department and Conservation Commission. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each petitioner in <br />the Board of Appeals' office.
