1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />-2 <br />research and development; is for the use of the present tenant, Data Resources, <br />Inc.; and is shown as phase 3 on the plans submitted. The proposed use of the <br />canopy for the building numbered 27 Hartwell Avenue is to permit passengers to <br />enter and exit at the front entrance to Signatron, Inc. under cover. <br />Following the hearings the Board made the following decisions, all in <br />open meeting: <br />James B. Catalano - granted unanimously subject to the following conditions <br />1. The premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at all times. <br />2. No flood lights shall be used. <br />3. Sufficient parking space shall be provided so that cars shall not be parked <br />on the street. <br />4. Only one sign shall be permitted. <br />5. This permit shall expire March 20, 1975. <br />Waltham American Trust, c/o Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Compare - granted unanimously <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Oil and grease traps and catch basins should be provided in all parking <br />areas to reduce pollutants intering the swamp. <br />2. Salt shall not be used to melt snow and ice in the wintertime. <br />3. Approved methods of erosion control should be used in all disturbed areas. <br />4. All provisions of the Hatch Act shall be observed. <br />5. Construction shall begin within one year from date. <br />Robert A. Marasca - denied. The vote was 1 in favor, 4 in opposition to the <br />petition, Mr. Sheldon voting in favor. <br />Alden L. and Judith A. Webster - granted unanimously subject to the condition <br />that construction shall begin within a period of 18 months from this date. <br />The reduction of the side yard because of roof overhangs was also included. <br />Lawrence G. Trebino, Trustee of Trinda Realty Trust - granted unanimously. <br />The 115 Kendall Corporation - granted unanimously subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The present parking area may be grassed over and the whole parking area <br />moved to the back of the lot as shown on the plan. <br />2. The drain line shall be shown as a straight line on the utility plot plan <br />between the catch basins with inverts of 122.61 and 123.45. <br />3. The utilities should be labeled existing and proposed. <br />4. The construction of the above areas and utilities shall conform to the <br />Engineering Department as to the exact location, size, materials and <br />manner of installation. <br />5. Approved methods of erosion control should be used in all disturbed <br />areas. <br />6. Oil and grease traps and catch basins should be provided for all paved <br />parking areas to reduce pollutants entering the swamp. <br />7. Salt shall not be used to melt snow and ice in wintertime. <br />8. Construction shall begin within one year from date. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each petitioner in the <br />Board of Appeals' office.
