Theriault, Jr.- granted with the condition that the <br />addition be used for residential purposes only, no business use <br />permitted. <br />Ruth S. Weiss - granted subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Her patients will be children or adolescents. <br />2. She would see no more than 6 or 8 patients per day and appoint- <br />ments would be spaced at one hour intervals. <br />3. Adequate off-street parking must be provided. <br />Mobil Oil Corporation - granted subject to the following condi- <br />tions: <br />1. Lighting shall be restricted to 4 mercury vapor lights (400 watts <br />each) on poles plus lights at pumps and those necessary inside the <br />building. <br />2. A six ft. cedar fence will be built on two sides of the property. <br />3. Grass strips, 10 feet wide, shall be installed as shown and <br />required. <br />' 4. Curbs, services and drainage shall be subject to the approval <br />of the Town Engineer. <br />5. The station shall be operated from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days <br />a week. <br />6. No extraneous sales racks or vending machines shall be installed. <br />7.
