' November 9, 1971 hearings continued: -2 John and Rosins. Busa - granted for three months with the following conditions: 1. Sale of products shall be in conformity with Section 25.33 of the Lexington Zoning By -Law. 2. This Permit shall expire on February 10, 1972. 3. Only one sign shall be used and that on the front of the building. The sign shall be no longer than 20 ft. and no higher than 2 ft., containing the words "Sun Valley Farms." 4. No sign shall be erected on Lowell Street. 5. The stand shall be operated from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. six days a week, and from 9:00 to 7:00 on Sunday. 6. The lights on the parking area shall be shielded so that they do not shine at neighboring houses. 7. Sufficient parking space will be available for 20 cars. 8. The premises must be kept in a neat and orderly condition and no empty boxes, barrels or similar material stored outside the building. 9. Access to the premises shall be from Lowell Street and no traffic shall be routed over Lillian Road. 10. No increase in the candlepower of the lights shall be allowed. 11. Soft drink vending machine shall be not exposed on the outside of the building. Mary R. Carney - granted; the garage will be 16'10" wide by 22' deep, ' one story in height, of materials similar to those of the house and located as indicated on the plot plan by Miller and Nylander dated October 15, 1971. Robert and John Madoono - granted for one year, subject to the fol- lowing conditions: 1. All provisions of Sections 25.33 and 40 (formerly Sec. 14 (f), pg. 74, Zoning By -Law of 1966, shall apply to this permission. 2. No parking on driveways shall be permitted within 10 feet of the rear of the properties on Webb Street. 3. No flood lights shall be permitted. 4. The hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. five days a week, one-half day on Saturdays, except seven days a week during the Christmas season. 5. Specifically the sale of hardware and lawn tools, etc. are expressly prohibited. 6. No signs such as requested previously shall be permitted. 7. No trucking will be permitted in and out before or after the hours specified in condition No. 4. No trucks shall be allowed to arrive and stay over night, especially with motors running. 8.
