Mr. Wrightington <br />Town Coun- <br />Counsel: <br />sel's bills. <br />Lexington vs. Govenar - $223.00 <br />' <br />Lexington vs. Ryder (Zoning).- - 111.08 <br />Lexington vs. Bornstein - 60.10 <br />Mr. Ross moved that the bills be approved and <br />paid from the Law Department appropriation. Mr. Giroux <br />seconded the motion and it was so voted. <br />Letter was received from the Board of Assessors <br />Land at <br />relative to the Board's letter regarding the small <br />Marrett Rd. <br />triangle at the corner of Marrett Road and Lincoln Street. <br />& Lincoln <br />The Assessors voted not to assess the parcel of land to <br />Street. <br />the Lexington Field and Garden Club provided Mr. E. F. <br />Scheibe deeded the land to the Club. Mr. Giroux <br />moved that the Chairman so advise the Lexington Field <br />and Garden Club. Mr. Potter seconded the motion and it <br />was so voted. <br />Letter was received from the Middlesex County San - <br />Stevens' <br />atorium stating that Charles Stevens, age 44, of Mesardis <br />T.B. case. <br />Street, Bedford, was admitted to that institution on <br />%Xly 18th, 1936 with a diagnosis of far advanced pul- <br />monary tuberculosis. He was discharged to 88 Woburn <br />Street, Lexington, at his own request, against advice, <br />on December 271, 1936. His condition on discharge was <br />improved and the sputum was negative. <br />, <br />Sheffres <br />The Clerk discussed the case of Mrs.. Alice Sheffres <br />T.B. case. <br />with the Board and was instructed to straighten out the <br />matter as best she could. <br />The matter of the bond of the late Byron Co Earle <br />Bond of which was held over from last week was again discussed. <br />Mr. Earle.
