Patriots Day, Monday, April 17, 2017 <br />Kim announced that the Follen Church will not participate in the parade this year. <br />Lorain will create a spreadsheet of the vehicles in parade for the Lexington Police to use. Cerise <br />noted that all vehicles in the parade must have ID tags from the TCC. <br />Suzanne will create the various versions of the parade roster needed for check in, etc. It was <br />requested that a column be added to the rosters containing information about the number of <br />marchers expected for each marching unit. This will allow the TCC to confirm that the number of <br />marchers promised actually showed up for the parade. <br />Lorain will speak with DPW about parking for TCC members at the Library on Patriots Day. <br />Cerise announced that she has the tickets for the morning re-enactment bleachers and reviewing <br />stand. She needs information about who should be on the reviewing stand vs. just bleacher seats. <br />Geetha announced that the promotional video will be ready on Friday for review.
