Then a formal, final list will be given to <br /> Cerise. <br />- <br />Later this week the responsible Subcommittee will meet to put the parade togher and present <br />it to TCC next meeting for discussion. Lorain will email the 2019 Parade List to this group. <br />- <br />Parade Signs: This will be pounded into the ground Friday, April 15 by Steve and Lexington <br />Minutemen around 4-5pm. Need 90 stout stakes. Geetha to check with DPW to see if they are <br />still available. 3 lbs hammars are also needed. <br /> <br />Parade Ambassadors (Linda): 25 are in hand. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br /> Day Banner, now hanging in front of Cary Hall. <br /> <br />Geetha show a 4 minute video by LexMedia, which might be shown at the Visitor Center to <br />entice visitors to attend the parade. <br /> <br />Veterans Breakfast (November): St no longer wishes to host this event.
